Abstract: Tasikmalaya is famous for its crafts, especially wickerwork, which has been supplied to various regions as souvenirs. However, this woven product is still plain or has yet to be modified much. If this product is developed using decoupage art, the aesthetics of the product will be more attractive and can increase sales or add economic value. The Ikhlas Mandiri Charity Foundation (YAIM) operates in the education sector and has a business unit in Pager Ageung, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java. YAIM's concern for regional potential makes it an agent for increasing the potential of the surrounding community. Decoupage art training was carried out at YAIM with 30 participants who were foundation administrators, school teachers, parents, and guardians of students. The implementation of the decoupage motif is applied to the woven pouch. Training is carried out offline and uses direct practical assistance methods. The PkM team provides all materials, including decoupage motif tissue, woven pouches, glue, brushes, and foam. Participants stated that the woven pouch would be more beautiful if the material were easy to understand, namely by cutting the pattern according to size and attaching it with glue painstakingly.
